Shipping & Handling
Subject to verification, all orders placed Monday through Thursday before 3 PM CST are shipped the following business day.
All orders placed from 3PM CST Thursday to 3PM CST Friday are shipped on the following Monday.
All orders placed after 3PM CST Friday and before 3PM CST the following Monday are shipped the following Tuesday.
In the event of public holidays, shipping will occur on the very next business day.
All orders will be shipped via USPS. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number.
Once your order has been verified, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
We ship to all 50 states in the US.
Orders will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification.
Please note that shipping delays may occur with our carrier services during the holiday season and/or on public holidays.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied, simply email us with your return or exchange request so we can send you a prepaid shipping label. Please return your unused items, in its original condition, with original tags intact, within 15 days of receipt. Refunds will be less shipping and handling charges, and will be credited back to the card used to make your original purchase. Please allow 2 weeks after you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for orders returned that do not use our prepaid shipping labels.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Nature Haven. We cannot be responsible for any returns or merchandise not received by our returns department. Nature Haven will only cover return shipping charges when merchandise is damaged.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available when we process your return. In these cases, we are happy to issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in our sole discretion.
Clearance, sale, markdown, flash sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We will not be held responsible for lost packages.
When a package is refused or undeliverable, (wrong shipping address provided by customer during checkout) our shipping company will charge us for the return delivery cost. If you choose to refuse or do not coordinate pickup of the items you ordered, you will be responsible for return shipping costs or lost items.
If you would like to have your package re-shipped, please contact customer service at Sales@NatureHavenBoutique.com to coordinate shipping.
If you would like to cancel your refused/undeliverable order, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
ALL SALE, CLEARANCE items, items listed under “last chance” and Gift Cards are non-refundable and all sales are final. Gift cards must be used within 365 days of purchase. Promotions cannot be combined/applied to past orders.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address while placing the order. Once your package has been shipped by our fulfillment center, no changes can be made. You must call the post office to arrange an address update. Nature Haven company or any of its employees will not be responsible for lost packages due to negligence on customers part. No complimentary replacements will be shipped in this case. In the event the package gets misplaced or lost due to an error at our end, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
NOTE: During the holiday season chances of misplaced and lost packages are higher so we advise customers to continue tracking their packages once the tracking number is made available. Please reach out to your local post office and neighbors first if your package is lost even when the tracking shows as “delivered”. We do not purchase insurance on our packages and will resolve the situation in the best ethical manner.
